Data collected on this website: If you contact me using the contact form on the site there’s a tick box to show you consent to me storing your contact details so I can get in touch.
We use cookies on the site (more info below) but these don’t store any personal info about you – they just enable the site to remember what pages you’ve visited.
Marketing: I don’t have a mailing list for marketing, I won’t send you unsolicited emails and I won’t pass your details onto anyone else without your expressed permission beforehand.
Client data: I store the necessary information required to contact and invoice you if you are a client. This will include your contact name, postal address, email address and phone number. This data is stored password protected.
Media: Some commissions may require clients to send photos. These will be stored on a secure local server. I will keep hold of these for reference purposes only and these can be deleted upon request, and before being used on any social media accounts linked to myself. I ask that all clients obtain the necessary permissions from the subjects of these photos before sharing them with us.
Your right to access and delete your data: You are welcome at any point to request the data I store on you and to ask me to remove it. Simply contact me on kerrydunningillustrations@gmail.com.
