I love ‘capturing the moment’ with vibrancy of colour and detail.

Some of these were commissions, others were experiments and submission, all of them were a pure joy to translate.

I love children’s books, and have spent a lot of time working amongst them and reading them. Through these illustrations I have attempted to illustrate the magic of these little ones whose imaginations are captured through story telling.

I try to sketch every day and always from my own life/experiences. Mostly this is based right in the moment and so has to be quick and impulsive. Sometimes it takes more time and deliberation.

The power of swimming in cold water, I love it, and I hope this inspires others to enjoy it too.
